A Dream Come True

Sorry for the lineart and the cheesy title, I just wanted to get this horse's story started! I'm so excited about him!

It had been two months since Victoria had been to the Netherlands to try Courageux, and in that time he had been purchased and imported. After 2 weeks of quarantine, he was ready to come home! Because the stallion had been imported into New York, Victoria had hired a transportation company to ship him to Colorado. She impatiently awaited his arrival with Joy, Mattie, and Roman. They had already set up a comfortable stall in the stallion barn. 
"Oh great. It looks like there's a storm brewing," commented Roman, disappointed."I was going to go nextdoor and ride Banjo but now it's going to rain!"
Victoria had refused to let any other horses set foot on her new farm until Courageux did, so the working students' horses were stabled at the neighbor's farm. "Well, maybe it will hold off for a bit. Courageux will need some turnout after 3 weeks in a stall," Victoria muttered. She was extremely distracted by her anxious excitement for Courageux to arrive. 
"There's the trailer!" Mattie exclaimed as a huge blue trailer pulled into the driveway. As it rumbled up the driveway towards the barn, Victoria ran into the barn to get the stallion's new custom halter. By the time she returned, the trailer had turned around and the ramp was down. The young woman stepped up the ramp, feeling like a little kid on Christmas day. Courageux nickered and bobbed his head as she patted his neck and switched out his halters. As the stallion pranced down the ramp, Victoria couldn't take her eyes off of him. She took him right to the paddock and let him loose. Taking off at a groundcovering trot, Courageux quickly became the king of the barn. For an hour, Victoria stood there and watched her new stallion graze. Eventually it began to rain and she sprinted into the barn, getting soaked in the process.
